MARIETTA, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) – Marietta school buses are getting a makeover for Thursday’s Fourth of July festivities.
Marietta police partnered with the city’s school district to repaint the exterior of the buses.
Officers said they will serve as roadblocks for activities on the Marietta Square.
Police said the buses will provide an extra layer of protection on this holiday.
Police said they will use two of the buses as comfort stations in emergency situations.
